Bio:

Nancy joined the Northwest Power and Conservation Council in July 2008 as the Fish, Wildlife and Ecosystem Monitorting and Evaluation Manager. Ms. Leonard's work experience in multi-jurisdictional fisheries governance with the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at Michigan State University, and her work with the Great Lakes Fishery Commission give her a strong professional background working with diverse interests towards common goals in fish recovery. She has a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from McGill, M.S. in Biology from Carleton, M.Env.S. Concentration in Water Resources from Miami University, and Ph.D. in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University.
