Education:
CSIS is committed to providing exceptional opportunities for dedicated
and self-motivated individuals to pursue education in systems integration
and sustainability at both postdoctoral and graduate student levels.
In addition, we also provide internship opportunities for outstanding
undergraduate students and high school students.
It is our goal that the experiences at CSIS lay a solid foundation
for the trainees to build bright careers in academia, government agencies,
non-government organizations, international organizations, and industry.
Former trainees under the direction of the CSIS Faculty Fellows have
moved to Cornell University, MIT, University of Chicago, University
of Michigan at Ann Arbor, University of Washington, University of Wisconsin
at Madison, Universite Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, Boeing, and
Landcare in New Zealand.

Assistantships, Fellowships, Scholarships, and Grants:
The Center for Systems Integration and Sustainability provides research
assistantships and fellowships to outstanding students for them to pursue
graduate studies. We would also be happy to sponsor outstanding candidates
to apply for external graduate and postdoctoral fellowships. A number
of past and current members of the Center have received many of the
fellowships listed below.
Those interested should prepare (1) a letter of application, (2) a
resume (3) statement of professional goals, (4) university transcripts,
(5) GRE (and TOEFL for international students) scores, and (6) a list
of 3 references (name and contact information) to an appropriate Faculty
Fellow.
