William Taylor is redundant – and he takes pride in it.
Taylor has for the second time been honored with the Mentoring for Professional Diversity in Fisheries Award by the American Fisheries Society (AFS) for his “outstanding contribution” to the fisheries profession by increasing diversity through mentoring and supporting students and professionals.
He also won the award in 1995 – and is the only person to receive the award twice.
